Administrative Residency

About the Program

HealthSource of Ohio prioritizes developing the next generation of healthcare leaders. With a mixture of project work, departmental and service line rotations (Marketing & Development, Compliance, Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and Decision Support), and executive staff exposure, HealthSource of Ohio’s Administrative Residency provides a well-rounded experience for graduate students with a passion for primary and preventative care.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in a Master of Health Services Administration, or similar, program. Individuals should have strong communication skills, initiative, and work well independently and in team environments.

Application & Selection Process

Applicants interested in pursuing an Administrative Residency with HealthSource of Ohio must submit a resume and cover letter stating why they are interested in HealthSource of Ohio to Logan Graham at lgraham@hsohio.org. Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee and selected candidates will be invited to interview during the Fall of the application year.

This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
