Did you know that every HealthSource of Ohio office has interpreter services available through InDemand Interpreting Service? We are able to connect with a certified medical interpreter anytime to assist our limited English proficient, deaf, and hard-of-hearing patients. We are proud to offer this service so we can make sure we are providing all our patients with the best care.

Patients with limited English proficiency are among the most vulnerable populations. They experience high rates of medical errors with worse clinical outcomes than English-proficient patients due to the inability for them to communicate with their clinicians. These individuals are at risk of being inadvertently misinformed, receiving the wrong type of care, or obtaining no care at all due to these language barriers.  Thanks to this service, our patients can receive the care and information they need.
