HealthSource Williamsburg

About This Location

HealthSource of Ohio and Williamsburg School District are excited to announce a partnership to provide quality health care to the Williamsburg and surrounding communities and students in a convenient setting – Williamsburg Middle/High School. We are accepting new patients of all ages, and HealthSource accepts most insurance plans.

It’s easy to enroll your student in the HealthSource Williamsburg School Based Health Center program. All you need to do is fill out the enrollment/consent forms and your child is able to see the HealthSource clinician any time he or she needs care. Some of the things your child may need to see the Family Practice clinician for include:

• Acute illness and injury treatment

• Routine physical exams, including annual preventive exams, well child checks, sports or work physicals

• Asthma and other chronic illness diagnosis and management

• Immunizations and vaccinations

• Routine lab tests

• Medication prescriptions

Many parents love the School Based Health model, since their child can be seen by a clinician during school hours. The child misses less class and parents don’t have to take off work for medical appointments. Transportation will be provided from the elementary school to the middle/high school by Williamsburg School District.

Sahara Dorsey, C-FNP is the Family Practice clinician at HealthSource Williamsburg. “Community is very important to me, growing up in this area I have had the opportunity to see how much a community can support one another and come together in times of need. As a healthcare provider, I feel like it is my responsibility to give back to the community, to help educate and treat patients when I am able and encourage our youth to embrace a healthy lifestyle and to make choices that will better their health as they get older.”

– Sahara Dorsey,
