Call Your HealthSource Clinician First

Contact Your HealthSource Clinician First for Care
When you’re not feeling well, you might think going somewhere else for care is more convenient. However, HealthSource is here to provide care for you and your family when you need it most. Here’s why reaching out to us first is the best choice:

1. Quick and Reliable Advice
HealthSource offers 24/7 phone support, convenient weekend care hours at our Georgetown center, same-day appointments, and telehealth visits. Blanchester and Seaman Pediatrics even have walk-in hours where no appointment is needed. We’ll help you decide whether you should visit our office, head to the emergency room, or manage your issue at home.

2. Personalized Care
Your HealthSource clinician knows your medical history, treatments, and any health risks. This allows them to provide advice and care tailored specifically to you—something urgent care clinics may not be able to offer due to a lack of access to your full medical background.

3. Building a Stronger Relationship with Your Clinician
Regularly seeing your HealthSource clinician helps them gain a better understanding of your health, making it easier to provide the right care when you need it.
Contacting your HealthSource clinician first is a smart way to take control of your health. Next time you’re unsure, call us first—it could make all the difference!

When to Go Directly to the ER
If you’re experiencing serious symptoms like chest pain, difficulty breathing, or signs of a stroke, go to the emergency room immediately. For all other concerns, start by calling your HealthSource clinician.
