I love working in medicine, particularly within family medicine, because it allows me to support all people, regardless of what brings them into the clinic that day. From a behavioral health perspective, I value the opportunity to meet patients exactly where they are and help them take meaningful steps toward living the life that matters most to them. Working in family medicine is especially rewarding because I get to care for patients across the entire lifespan. Whether someone is coping with grief, navigating a difficult life transition, managing parenting challenges, or seeking support for emotional or behavioral concerns, I’m able to offer focused, patient-centered interventions that fit seamlessly into their primary care experience. A key part of what I love about this work is the team-based approach. Working closely with primary care providers allows us to offer coordinated, whole-person care that honors the ongoing relationship between the patient and their PCP. I appreciate being part of a system where same-day access and shared care planning help patients feel supported in real time. I also find deep fulfillment in following individuals and families over time. Being able to support them through different seasons of life and see meaningful change over time is one of the biggest reasons why I love working in family medicine.

Personal Interests
Outside of work, I spend most of my time playing pickleball, softball, and volleyball with my husband, plus a healthy amount of video games. We also love finding new coffee shops, mostly because caffeine has somehow turned into a full-blown hobby.
