Mobile Health Services: Dental & Vision

HealthSource of Ohio’s Mobile Health Services Teams travel to schools in the Southwest Ohio region, providing dental and vison services to students enrolled in the program.

Students of all ages, including preschoolers, are eligible to participate in the program. School staff and student’s family members are also eligible. To enroll your child in the Mobile Health Services Program, please complete the Mobile Health Services Form under “Resources”.

Mobile Dental Services:

Exam by a dentist
X-rays
Cleanings
Sealants, if needed
Fluoride, if needed
Summary of the visit to take home
Goodie bag, including toothbrush, toothpaste, and dental floss
