Caracole (Cincinnati, OH) – Free HIV testing, prevention services in Southwest Ohio.
City of Columbus – “Know HIV. No Fear.” Program – Free HIV testing, at-home HIV test kits, and a CARE Line for info.

Treatment

Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (HRSA) – Provides HIV primary care, medications, and medical case management nationwide.
Ohio HIV Drug Assistance Program (OHDAP / ADAP) – Provides HIV medications for eligible Ohio residents.
Equitas Health – Full HIV specialty care in Ohio (medical, pharmacy, PrEP, PEP).
Ohio Department of Health – Hepatitis C Program – Oversees HCV surveillance and treatment policy.

Support Services

AIDS United – Advocacy, community funding, and support for people living with HIV.
Center for HIV Law and Policy (CHLP) – Legal and rights-based support for people with HIV.
Equitas Health – Offers support groups, mental health, case management, and wraparound services.
