I am a physician dedicated to caring for the whole person—supporting patients and their families, emphasizing prevention, and helping people maintain long-term health. As APD, I am passionate about teaching medical students and residents, fostering the next generation of compassionate physicians. My practice emphasizes lifestyle medicine and integrative approaches to optimize wellbeing.
