Chronic disease management including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and COPD. I am passionate about treating patient with hepatitis C and advocating for preventive care for individuals with HIV.
I love spending time with my family and our Great Pyrenees, Gus. I enjoy watching my son play sports, movie nights at home, reading (I’m in a book club), traveling, camping, festive events, journaling, and attending concerts.
As a clinical pharmacist, I take great pride in being an integral part of a patient’s health care team, working collaboratively to improve their health and well-being. I am deeply passionate about patient education, particularly in empowering individuals to better understand and manage chronic diseases. My goal is to provide compassionate support and guidance, helping patients navigate the challenges that often accompany complex health conditions. By building strong, trusting relationships, I strive to ensure that every patient feels heard, informed, and cared for. It is both a privilege and a responsibility to walk alongside patients as they work toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
