Inspired by the generosity of our staff, who would often use their own money to help our patients afford prescriptions, healthy food, transportation, and other necessities, The HealthSource Foundation was founded in 2013 to ensure the care for our patients and community goes beyond the four walls of our health centers while also providing quality care regardless of the patient’s ability to pay.
