About This Location

HealthSource Felicity now offers Walk-In Hours, Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. No appointment needed (but you are welcome to schedule ahead to reduce wait time). This service is open to anyone, whether you are a HealthSource patient or not. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid, and we offer a discounted sliding fee program for uninsured patients.

HealthSource Felicity is located at the front entrance of Felicity-Franklin Elementary School, 105 Market Street, Suite 100. HealthSource Felicity offers School Based Health Care for students and staff at Felicity-Franklin Local Schools, and Family Practice to the entire community. The Center is open to the public and has a separate entrance from the school. HealthSource Felicity is open year round, even during school breaks.

Our Clinician can treat:
• Acute illness and injury treatment
• Annual preventive exams, well child checks, sports or work physicals
• Asthma, diabetes, and other chronic illness diagnosis and management
• Immunizations and vaccinations
• Routine lab tests
• Medication prescriptions
• Mobile Dental services for students
