Walk-In Care Hours (Family Practice Only)
HealthSource Mt. Orab offers Walk-In Care for family practice patients Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–2:30 p.m. No appointment is needed, but you’re welcome to schedule ahead to help reduce wait time.
Walk-In Care is open to everyone, even if you’re not a current HealthSource patient.
We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid, and offer a discounted sliding fee program for uninsured patients.
Walk-In Care is best for new or sudden health concerns, such as:
- Cold, flu, or sinus symptoms
- Earaches or sore throats
- Minor injuries
For physical exams, follow-up visits, and ongoing care for chronic conditions, we encourage patients to schedule an appointment.
Location & Overview
HealthSource Mt. Orab Family Practice and OB/GYN are located at 150 Health Partners Circle, just off State Route 32, and adjoin the Mercy Mt. Orab Medical Center.
Our family practice clinicians and OB/GYN physicians are accepting new patients.
We accept private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare, and offer a discounted sliding fee program for uninsured patients.
Family Practice Care
Our family practice (family medicine) clinicians provide primary care for patients of all ages, from children to older adults. We offer ongoing care for individuals and families, including:
- Sick visits and minor injuries
- Annual checkups and preventive care
- Care for chronic conditions such as diabetes or high cholesterol
- Medication prescriptions
We have both physicians and nurse practitioners on staff to meet your family’s needs.
Women’s Health & OB/GYN Care
HealthSource Mt. Orab OB/GYN provides compassionate, high-quality care for women of all ages, from teens through adulthood.
We recommend that most patients see an OB/GYN clinician at least once a year.
Our OB/GYN services include:
- Annual well-woman visits
- Prenatal (pregnancy) care
- Family planning and contraception
- Care for sexually transmitted infections
- Ongoing women’s health care
Integrated Behavioral Health
HealthSource Mt. Orab offers integrated behavioral health services, allowing patients to receive support for mental, emotional, or behavioral health concerns as part of their regular medical care.

In-House Pharmacy
HealthSource Mt. Orab offers an on-site pharmacy, making it easier to fill prescriptions right after your appointment. Our pharmacy team works closely with your care team to support your health and medication needs. We offer free prescription delivery to the Mt. Orab area.
Clinical Pharmacy Services
HealthSource Mt. Orab offers clinical pharmacy services to help patients better understand and manage their medications.
Clinical pharmacists work closely with your doctor and care team to:
- Review your medications
- Help manage chronic conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure
- Make sure your medications are safe and working well together
- Answer questions about side effects or how to take your medications
Clinical pharmacy services are provided by referral from your clinician as part of your overall care plan.
