HealthSource Mt. Orab Family Practice and Ob/Gyn are located all located in the same office at 150 Health Partners Circle, just off SR 32. Our office adjoins the Mercy Mt. Orab Medical Center. Our family doctors and OB/GYN physicians are accepting new patients. HealthSource accepts most insurance plans, including private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. We offer a discounted sliding fee for uninsured patients.
HealthSource of Ohio Mt. Orab is a not-for-profit community health center dedicated to women’s health. Whether you are 14, 21, 40, or 65, you could benefit from a visit with an Ob/Gyn Clinician. In fact, we recommend that most patients see our team of physicians at least once a year. HealthSource has both Ob/Gyn Physicians and Nurse Practitioners on staff, to make sure all your Women’s Health needs are met.
Our Doctors provide high-quality obstetrical (prenatal) care to ensure a healthy pregnancy and delivery, and are with you every step of the way. Our Doctors deliver at Anderson Mercy Hospital.

Our Family Practice Clinicians treat patients of all ages. We provide primary health care for the entire family. Your Family Doctor may treat you and your family members for acute conditions, such as a minor injury, the flu, or a sore throat. He or she may also treat patients for chronic conditions such as diabetes or high cholesterol. We have both physicians and nurse pratitioners on staff, to suit your family’s needs.
