About This Location

Location & Overview

HealthSource Williamsburg Family Practice and School-Based Health Center is located inside Williamsburg Middle/High School.

This center is open to the entire community and also serves the Williamsburg School District as a School-Based Health Center. HealthSource Williamsburg is open year-round, including during school breaks.

We are accepting new patients of all ages. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid, and offer a discounted sliding fee program for uninsured patients.

Family Practice Care

HealthSource Williamsburg offers family practice care for patients of all ages, from children to adults.

Services include:

Sick visits and minor injuries
Annual checkups and preventive care
Care for chronic conditions such as diabetes or high cholesterol
Medication prescriptions
Ongoing primary care for individuals and families

School-Based Health Services

HealthSource Williamsburg also serves as a School-Based Health Center for students in the Williamsburg School District, helping families access care during the school day.
