HealthSource Batavia Family Practice is located inside the Mercy Clermont Hospital Physician Pavilion, at 2055 Hospital Drive, Suite 130 (the side facing State Route 32).
Our family doctors and nurse practitioners are accepting new patients of all ages.
We accept most insurance plans, including private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. We also offer a sliding fee discount for patients without insurance.
