HealthSource of Ohio is excited to announce plans to break ground soon on a $3.4 million expansion project at its Loveland location, 6535 Charles Snider Rd. This significant investment will enhance patient care and community services through expanded facilities and new service offerings.
The project will include the construction of a full-service pharmacy with convenient drive-thru access, expanded medical delivery space as well as the addition of a workforce area dedicated to training future medical support staff.
The expansion is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
“This investment reflects HealthSource’s commitment to meeting the healthcare needs of our community today and into the future,” said Dr. Jody Prather, HealthSource President & CEO. “We are proud to grow our services in Loveland and to be part of strengthening healthcare access in Appalachian Ohio.”
This initiative is funded in part by the Appalachian Children’s Health Initiative, a statewide effort to improve health outcomes for children and families in underserved areas throughout the region. The funding was originally announced in April 2024 by Governor Mike DeWine as a means for organizations to bring enhanced resources and care to Appalachian communities.
In addition to the Loveland site, HealthSource of Ohio has also received grant funding to expand its Mt. Orab location which will begin construction within the next month.
HealthSource remains dedicated to providing comprehensive, quality healthcare to all, regardless of economic status. These expansion efforts are a crucial step in continuing that mission.
The date for a formal groundbreaking ceremony will be announced at a later date.
